In red thread, the cuisine, orchestrated by chefs Bruno Laplace and Frédéric Nortier, takes the gourmet food lover on a culinary journey from local cuisine to the edge of distant flavours. All our food is based on local products that can be found readily on the Côte d’Azur market. For the dessert stopover, pastry chef Olivia Kakou creates a gourmet menu that you can enjoy for lunch or as an afternoon snack.

It is at the core of the 3.14 restaurant to create delicious organic and gluten free meals that showcase the flavours of the season. A combination of gastronomy and well-being, the menu reinvents the classics of local cuisine such as “The Niçoise”, and embodies the culinary trends of the moment such as the black rice poke bowl flavoured with sesame oil or smashed avocado toast with fleur de sel and spices.

On the Mediterranean coast, the iodized scents settle in the hollow of the dishes such as the roasted prawn brochette, slightly spicy rock fish soup, homemade rouille.

The dishes, with their spectacular dressings, are flooded with freshness, and offer the local market flavour with a distinct taste of elsewhere.

To complete your lunch or dinner, or even for a sweet break during the day, look no further than the dessert menu. In perfect harmony with the dishes, our deserts combine pleasure, well-being and delicacy through the original creations of pastry chef Olivia Kakou. Her passion coconut shingle is a favourite, a nod to the nearby beaches of Nice.
